Tour Overview

The View, an observation deck on the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower, adjacent to Nakheel Mall, provides a novel perspective. Accessible from the mall's roof, a rapid elevator ascent takes you 240 meters above the island. Before reaching the deck, an interactive museum and gallery recount the Palm Jumeirah's origin story. Once atop, relish a 360-degree vista encompassing the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai's skyline, and the Arabian Gulf. The View offers open and enclosed viewing areas, a VIP lounge, café, and a souvenir shop to commemorate your visit.

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered infants and will enter free of charge.
Children aged 3 to 13 years will be considered children and will be charged the child rate.
Children above 13 years will be considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.

Note - Till 30th April 2025, Infants are ages 0-4, children are ages 4-11, and adults are 12 years and older.

Inclusions

Admission to The View at The Palm Jumeirah Dubai at Palm Tower.
Access to Level 52.
Access to an interactive theatre that introduces to the enlightening history of the island.

Important Information

Children should be accompanied by Adult through out the tour experience.
A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried during this activity.
There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with park rules and regulations.
The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
All visitors must adhere to the safety guidelines and instructions provided by staff at the venue.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

Important Update:

From 1st October 2025, peak hours will be 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
From 11th October 2025, operating hours will be 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, with last entry at 7:30 pm.
