• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.
• Some artworks involve water. To enter these areas, you’ll need to remove your shoes. Complimentary lockers are available for your convenience.
• High heels are not allowed inside the museum. Please wear flat-soled, comfortable footwear.
• Certain artworks feature UV lights, flashing lights, and fog effects.
• We recommend wearing comfortable, practical clothing that allows you to move freely and enjoy the immersive experience.
• For those interested in taking photogenic pictures, wearing white or plain-colored outfits can help you stand out against the vibrant projections and lighting effects.

  • If no time slot is booked, entry is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to venue capacity

Tickets allow direct entry :

•  Monday to Thursday 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm will be Adults Only timings. During these hours, families with children will not be permitted entry.
• Child ticket sales will close at 4:00 PM.
  
• Guest must be 18 years and above with adult ticket.
• Guests can visit the venue without any prior timeslot booking during this period only

Please note: During Ramadan, TeamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi operating hours are 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with last entry at 9:00 PM.
