1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
4. Changes to Itinerary: The tour operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or other factors. Every effort will be made to provide a comparable alternative.
5. Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in the tour activities. The tour operator is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during the tour.
6. Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that all participants have adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
