Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Child up to 6 years of age is complementary Sharing the same seat with the Parents on SIC.
IF extra seat is required for child, then child prices will apply.

Important Information

Please carry a valid ID proof/Passport along with you.
Pregnant ladies, any person who has Heart problem / serious knee & back pain, has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months must not participate in these activities.
Kindly check child policy, height and weight guidelines before booking any option as each activity has different set of guidelines.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
